International City lies just off Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road, near Nad Al Sheba Villas, according to Nakheel. It sits in the Al Warsan area of Dubai.
Travel times on Nakheel's page run 18 minutes to Dubai International Airport, 22 minutes to Downtown Dubai, 7 minutes to Warsan Village and 13 minutes to Dubai Safari Park. The page does not say how they were measured, so they are a guide only.
International City bus routes
The RTA bus network changes from 17 July 2026 include three routes that serve International City. Route 35 goes to Dubai Silicon Oasis, and routes 37A and 37B go to Dubai Silicon Oasis Lake.

International City Pavilion is a Nakheel retail centre in the France Cluster, with Union Coop as its anchor store. Union Coop's branch page gives the store's address as the Nakheel Pavilion building.
