Q3 2026 Dubai Land Department sales records, sales basis, 1 January to 23 September 2026 compared with the preceding 266 days.

Prices held

Resale value per square foot rose 3% to AED 1,550. Resale median price stayed unchanged at AED 1,650,000.

Sales volume fell

120,774 sales were registered, down 27% on the preceding 266 days.

Most buyers chose off-plan
