Dubai Investment Park sits in Dubai's southern corridor, between Jebel Ali Port and Al Maktoum International Airport, per its developer. The name is often shortened to DIP, and the developer writes it as Dubai Investments Park. The area also gives its name to a metro station on Route 2020 of the Dubai Metro, which the RTA opened on 1 June 2021.

Dubai Investments Park Development Company developed the area. The developer describes a self-contained, mixed-use community covering 23 million square metres, where industrial and logistics uses sit alongside residential and commercial ones. Area guides and news coverage say the homes are apartments and villas. At 31 December 2023 the Dubai Statistics Center counted 62,062 residents in Dubai Investment Park 1 and 77,366 in Dubai Investment Park 2.

Getting to Dubai Investment Park by metro and bus

Route 2020 is part of the Dubai Metro Red Line, and one of its stations carries the name Dubai Investment Park. The RTA release that announced the station's 1 June 2021 opening lists 2 boarding platforms, 4 bus stands and 20 taxi stands there.

The RTA's May 2023 bus network update tells riders heading to Dubai Investments Park to use routes F46, F48, F50 and F51. It also changed the path of route F47 so that it ends at the Dubai Investment Park metro station.

Schools in Dubai Investment Park

Durham School Dubai gives its address as Dubai Investments Park 1. Per the school, it follows the English National Curriculum, with IGCSE and A-level exams.

The International School of Choueifat, Dubai Investments Park also gives its address as Dubai Investments Park 1. Its own site says it teaches the SABIS curriculum and has Kindergarten, Lower, Middle and High School divisions.

Shops in Dubai Investment Park and the LuLu Hypermarket opened in 2022

Lulu Group opened its 225th LuLu Hypermarket in Dubai Investment Park (DIP 1) on 4 March 2022. The group's announcement describes a 100,000 square foot store with a full supermarket section.

Retail and F&B outlets also appear in the developer's general list of community amenities, next to schools and healthcare.

NMC hospitals and an Aster clinic

NMC gives the address of NMC Royal Hospital, DIP as Plot 598/122, Dubai Investments Park 1. Another NMC hospital, the 51-bed NMC Specialty Hospital, opened in Dubai Investments Park in June 2023, according to an NMC news post. Aster lists a clinic under the area's name, Aster Clinic Dubai Investment Park.
