Dubai Creek Harbour is a waterfront community on the Dubai Creek, developed by Emaar Properties. Emaar lists Downtown Dubai as 15 minutes away and Dubai Marina as 25 minutes away, and puts the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary 5 minutes away.
Dubai Holding was Emaar's joint venture partner in the project until Emaar acquired it in full in 2022. Homes in the community are apartments in towers.
Emaar's guide to the community lists Creek Beach, Dubai Creek Marina, a harbour promenade and several parks. No open metro station is inside the community today. A Blue Line station is planned, and the RTA is targeting 2029.

Emaar's community page gives 15 minutes to Downtown Dubai and 25 minutes to Dubai Marina. It does not say whether that is by car, and traffic can change both.

Dubai Creek Harbour metro plans, marina and cycling
No open metro station is inside Dubai Creek Harbour today. The Dubai Metro Blue Line has a planned station in the community, named Emaar Properties Station, and the RTA is targeting opening in 2029, per the Government of Dubai Media Office carrying RTA statements.
Creek and Al Jadaf are open stations on the Green Line, per the RTA map. The RTA says the planned Blue Line branch will start at Creek Interchange on the Green Line in Al Jaddaf and run through Dubai Festival City and Dubai Creek Harbour.
Emaar describes Dubai Creek Marina and a harbour promenade in the community, and cycling tracks at the urban beach.

The Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is a nearby place, 5 minutes away per Emaar. Dubai Municipality lists a flamingo hide, a lagoon hide and a mangrove hide, with the mangrove hide listed as temporarily closed. The page says thousands of flamingos visit, and visitors register on arrival.
