Dubai Marina

Dubai Marina is reached from Sheikh Zayed Road, and Al Sufouh Road also runs past it.

Area guides put the drive to Dubai International Airport at roughly 25 to 30 minutes, to Downtown Dubai at roughly 15 to 20 minutes, and to Al Maktoum International Airport at roughly 29 to 35 minutes. Times depend on traffic.

Sobha Realty Metro Station on the Red Line was known as Dubai Marina station until the RTA renamed it on 9 August 2021. The neighbouring stations are DMCC and Al Fardan Exchange. Area guides may still use the old name, so check which one a listing refers to.

The RTA says the Dubai Tram links Dubai Metro and the Palm Monorail and runs along Al Sufouh Road and Jumeirah Beach Road. Emaar adds that several bus routes serve the area.

No school inside Dubai Marina is confirmed in our research. Two area guides name Dubai British School as close by.

Emaar describes Dubai Marina Mall as a 150,000 sqm retail and entertainment mall serving the community. Our team can tell you which towers sit closest to it.

Emaar describes Pier 7 as a purpose-built culinary destination with different restaurant and lounge themes. Its page names Abd El Wahab, O Cacti Mexican House and Cocktail Bar, Cargo and Atelier M.

Emaar also says the Marina Walk offers a wide range of cuisines, from casual cafes to fine dining.

Emaar describes almost eight kilometres of landscaped public walkways around the marina, with water features, benches and children's play areas. It also lists jogging tracks along the marina.

We have not confirmed a named public park inside Dubai Marina.

Medcare Medical Centre, Marina is at Sukoon Tower, Al Marsa Street, next to Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Marina. Its operator page lists dermatology, family medicine, internal medicine, paediatrics, orthopaedics, physiotherapy and radiology.

Emirates Hospital Clinic serves Dubai Marina from Al Habtoor Business Tower. Its page gives opening hours of 9 AM to 9 PM Sunday to Thursday and 9 AM to 6 PM on Friday and Saturday, and lists general medicine, paediatrics, dental, cardiology and physiotherapy among its services.

Emaar's Dubai Marina entries include the Address Dubai Marina hotel, along with Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7 and the Marina Walk.

Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and The Walk sit alongside Dubai Marina. Bluewaters Island, Dubai Harbour, Emaar Beachfront and Jumeirah Lakes Towers are nearby. Each is a separate place, so a listing there has a different address from a Dubai Marina one.
