Dubai
Jumeirah Village Triangle
Jumeirah Village Triangle is Nakheel's other village community, sitting between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, which puts both of Dubai's main corridors within a turn of the community. Nakheel markets it as Dubai's new residential heart. In practice it is a low-rise, garden-led district of more than 13,000 homes.
The mix is genuinely mixed: villas, townhouses and apartments in Arabian and Mediterranean styles, spread across numbered districts. That matters for buyers, because JVT is not an apartment district with a few villas bolted on. It was planned for both.
Like its neighbour JVC, there is no metro station in JVT. The nearest are Al Furjan and Jumeirah Golf Estates on the Route 2020 Red Line extension, both a short drive. What JVT has on the ground is stronger than the transit picture: two KHDA Very Good schools inside the community, its own retail pavilion, sports courts and parks within walking distance of most blocks.

Location and access
JVT sits directly between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Khail Road (E44), with direct access to both. That is the practical case for the community: whichever direction you are heading, you are not crossing the city to reach a highway.
There is no metro station in JVT itself. The nearest stations are Al Furjan and Jumeirah Golf Estates, both on the Route 2020 Red Line extension which opened in 2021, and both a short drive rather than a walk.
Nakheel's own page puts Dubai Marina at about 18 minutes and Palm Jumeirah at about 15. Downtown Dubai runs roughly 20 to 25 minutes and Dubai International Airport roughly 28 to 30, though airport estimates vary widely by route and hour. Treat all of these as approximate.
Schools and nurseries
Sunmarke School sits inside JVT in District 5, an all-through British and IB school running from nursery to Year 13. It opened in 2016 and holds a KHDA rating of Very Good from its 2023 to 2024 inspection.
Arcadia School, British National Curriculum, also operates within JVT, opening in 2016 with its secondary phase added in 2020, and was rated Very Good by KHDA in both its 2022 to 2023 and 2023 to 2024 inspections. JSS International School is also reported within the community with a Very Good rating, though that one rests on secondary sources rather than the school's own KHDA listing.
Malls and retail
The District 1 Pavilion is JVT's own community retail centre, anchored by a Carrefour supermarket with a pharmacy, cafes, salons and gyms alongside it. Viva Supermarket and New Safestway serve the community's other quarters.
For a bigger trip, Al Khail Avenue is the large shopping and leisure destination Nakheel associates with JVT, and Circle Mall in neighbouring JVC is about 12 minutes away per Nakheel's own figure.
Parks and leisure
Nakheel describes JVT as built around parks and communal green space, and the layout puts nearly every residential block within a short walk of one. We are not naming a central park, because no official name for one exists and inventing a landmark is not something a brokerage should do.
On the active side the community carries basketball and tennis courts, padel courts, cricket pitches, badminton facilities, children's play areas and mosques.
Healthcare
The nearest verified multi-specialty clinic is Aster Clinic in adjacent Jumeirah Village Circle, covering general medicine, paediatrics, dermatology, dentistry, obstetrics and gynaecology, and orthopaedics. It serves the combined JVT and JVC catchment rather than sitting inside JVT itself.
